Booking Policy

At Calm & Clean Co, we aim to provide a smooth and stress-free booking experience.

Scheduling

Appointments are available Monday–Friday with limited weekend availability. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

Booking Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed once client details, service type, and appointment time are approved. You will receive confirmation once your cleaning is scheduled.

First-Time Cleanings

First-time cleanings may require additional time depending on the condition and size of the home. We recommend selecting a deep cleaning for the initial visit to ensure the best results.

Arrival Window

Our team may arrive within a 30-minute arrival window to allow flexibility for travel and prior appointments. We will always communicate if delays occur.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the home at the scheduled appointment time. Entry instructions should be provided in advance if the client will not be present.

Pets

For safety, we kindly ask that pets are secured during the cleaning appointment.

Safety & Conditions

For health and safety reasons, we may decline service if conditions are considered hazardous or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning scope.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Deposits

Pricing

Pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, as well as selected add-on services. Final pricing may vary if the home requires additional time or services beyond the original booking request.

Add-On Services

Additional services requested at the time of the appointment may increase the total service cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

At Calm & Clean Co, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, high-quality service. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any schedule changes follow the policy below.

24 Hour Notice

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made the same day as the scheduled service may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Appointments

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and 50% of the service cost may be charged.

Lockouts

Please ensure entry instructions are provided prior to your appointment. If our team is unable to enter the home, a lockout fee may apply.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations happen. We are happy to reschedule your cleaning with proper notice and will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.

Recurring Clients

Recurring clients may adjust their appointment schedule with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.

Turnover Cleaning Includes

We prepare the property to meet guest expectations and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Scheduling

Hosts are responsible for providing booking schedules in advance whenever possible.

Same-Day Turnovers

Same-day service may be available depending on scheduling availability.

Laundry Service

Laundry services may be added to ensure linens and towels are cleaned and reset before the next guest arrival.

Restocking

We can restock toiletries and essentials if supplies are provided.

Property Condition

If excessive mess, damage, or unexpected conditions are present, additional charges may apply.

Communication

Clear communication helps ensure smooth turnovers and consistent guest satisfaction.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking with Calm & Clean Co, clients agree to the following terms:

Scope of Work

Services will be performed according to the selected service package. Additional tasks may require additional time and cost.

Condition of Home

Cleaning time and pricing are based on the home being in a reasonably maintained condition. Excessive buildup, clutter, or hazardous conditions may require additional charges or rescheduling.

Utilities

Clients must ensure electricity and running water are available at the time of service.

Safety

For safety reasons, we do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder or move heavy furniture or appliances.

Personal Items

We kindly ask that personal, valuable, or fragile items are stored safely prior to the appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal scope, or pose risk to our team.

Damages

While we take great care in your home, any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. At Calm & Clean Co, we take pride in delivering high-quality, detailed cleaning services that create a calm and refreshed environment.

If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.
